About Josh Anway

I’m Josh, founder of Tiny Minotaur, and for over 10 years I’ve helped local communities, nonprofits, small businesses, and enterprise teams build momentum in both B2C and B2B go-to-market efforts.

My sweet spot is helping small, scrappy teams architect what matters most for their growth—whether that means creating strategic partnerships, managing change, upgrading tools, or launching something new. I won’t pretend to be an expert in every tool—but I listen, connect the dots, and bring in the right partners or platforms to get things moving.

When I’m not mapping growth pathways, I’m based in Northern California, navigating life with two spirited boys and a therapist partner. For the past three years I’ve also hosted a local dads’ support group—because connection matters.
