I build the systems your team actually needs.

Workflow architecture, AI implementation, and custom tools — designed around how your team works, not how the software assumes you do.

Let's build something →

Every growing team hits the same inflection point: the spreadsheets stop scaling, the tools multiply, and the workflows that got you here won't get you there.

That's where I come in. I help teams design and build systems that match how they actually operate — so the technology accelerates the work instead of adding to it.

I work directly with your team as a hands-on partner, from first conversation through go-live.

How I Work

Three ways to engage.

Discover

I sit with your team and map how work actually flows — using collaborative visual mapping to surface the real process, not the idealized version. You walk away with a clear picture of your workflows, where the leverage points are, and a design foundation for everything that follows.

Design

I translate discovery into architecture — data models, workspace structures, automation logic, and integration maps that fit your team's workflows. Whether you're building in Notion, Asana, Airtable, or across multiple tools, the design reflects how your team works today and where you're headed.

Build

I don't stop at recommendations. I build the workspaces, automations, custom tools, and AI integrations myself — or work alongside your team to get it shipped. This includes everything from platform configuration to custom web applications and MCP-connected AI systems.

50+Workflow engagements
8+Years in enterprise SaaS consulting

Asana · Notion · Airtable · Custom tool ecosystems

My approach is shaped by 8 years of enterprise SaaS consulting — leading discovery, designing workflows, and implementing systems for organizations where the stakes are high and the workflows are complex. This includes Fortune 500 technology companies, national media and advertising firms, high-growth startups, and work within an Asana practice recognized as Asana's 2024 Partner of the Year.

About

The person behind the work.

Josh Anway, workflow architect and AI implementation consultant

I'm Josh — a workflow architect and AI implementation consultant based in Davis, California.

I spent years in enterprise consulting helping large organizations adopt collaboration platforms. Over dozens of engagements, I kept seeing the same pattern: the technology was fine — it was the gap between how teams worked and how their tools were configured that caused the problems.

That's what Tiny Minotaur is built around. I work with growing teams who are ready to build systems that actually fit — whether that's their first real operational platform or a smarter way to bring AI into how they work. I bring enterprise-grade methodology to teams that want a hands-on partner, not a proposal deck.

I'm also a builder. I use AI-assisted development tools to ship real software — web applications, AI integrations, workflow automations. I believe the best consultants don't just advise. They build.
